Audax

TSC aim to not only ride Tour de France cols, the Cobbled Classics, Mass participant Sportives, but also are part of Audax UK.

The team made their debut Audax ride in May 2015 as they completed the ‘Wiggy 100’ – a 103km route out of Wigginton just North of York that headed West towards Ripon and looped back home. The event was a lovely route, well organised, extremely friendly, included a couple of nice coffee stops and superb value for money at only £3!

Audax UK is set up to reward riders for completing different levels of rides and also number of rides, and can be better understood by visiting http://www.aukweb.net/aboutauk/faq/

As TSC completed the Wiggy 100 they gained their first stamp toward the ‘Brevet 1000’ goal, which rewards riders who achieve 10 x 100km rides in the season.
